I came to Amanda 25 weeks into my second pregnancy and i can’t praise her or her support enough, we trusted her and she soon became part our family. Her midwifery skills are excellent and she is constantly developing her knowledge to keep pace with current research. Her work with Independent Midwives UK means that she is at the forefront of development in the sector. She was the third person i told that i was expecting our third and she has been with us throughout this pregnancy. An independent midwife does not mean you are opting out of the NHS it just means that you and your family need something more individual, this can be for many reasons from birth choices to planning your ante natal and post natal care around your life, and anything else that means you just want to be supported by a professional who is able to offer you the care that you and your family need at this very important time.
